How prompt pools are built and reviewed

A prompt pool combines Search Console, SEMrush, YAML and LLM-generated prompts, with a weight for each source.

Before a pool runs, the Brand Manager reviews it. They annotate individual prompts and either approve the pool or send it back with a reason code.

A coverage matrix shows which topics and personas the pool reaches.
