Workfront

Connects Adobe Workfront so recommendations from the audit can become tasks in your team’s work plan.

Set up

  1. Open Integrations in the navigation for your role.
  2. Choose Add integration, then select Workfront.
  3. Enter Instance URL; API key.
  4. Choose Connect. Helm tests the connection before it saves the integration.

If the test fails, you can choose Save without verifying. The integration is then saved with an error status until you fix it.

What the screen shows

The form asks for your Workfront instance URL and an API key. After connecting, the integration shows the instance name, so you can confirm you connected the right one.

Notes

  • Send a recommendation to Workfront only after it is claimed, so the task has an owner.
  • Use an API key from a user who can create tasks in the target project.
