Super Administrator guide

Provision and manage organizations across the platform.

Your navigation

Provision an organization

1. Open Organizations and choose New organization.
2. Complete Organization, Entitlements, Isolation and policies, Identity, Org Administrator and Review.
3. Confirm. The Org Administrator is invited.

Support a customer

1. Open the organization from the list.
2. Choose Open as Org Administrator. A support session banner stays visible while you work.

Manage lifecycle

1. Open the organization detail and use the lifecycle actions.
2. Check Alerts and incidents and Logs for platform events.
