Brand Manager guide

Own the brand profile and approve what runs and what ships.

Approve a prompt pool

1. Open the Review queue and select the pool.
2. Read the Prompts, Coverage matrix, Clusters, Archetypes and History tabs.
3. Annotate prompts that need work.
4. Choose Approve, or Send back and pick a reason code: Coverage gap, Tone or brand-voice misalignment, Intent misalignment, Duplicate or low-quality prompts, or Other.

Edit the brand profile

1. Open Brands and select the brand.
2. Update profile, products and URLs, competitors and aliases, brand voice and team.

Approve a report

1. Open Reports and select a report in review.
2. Comment on sections, then approve or send back.
3. Share by link or export as PDF or HTML.
